Reporting a file that will not convert

This is the most useful thing you can send. Please include the source format, roughly how large the file is, which browser and operating system you are on, and anything shown in the black log box under the progress bar. That log usually contains the exact reason for the failure.

Do not attach the video. We cannot accept media files, and in most cases the log alone is enough to identify the problem.

Requesting a format

If you need a conversion that is not listed on the converters page, say which direction you need and what you are using it for. Requests that come up repeatedly get built first.
